Our Policy

Every Pet Patio bed is handmade by us here in Los Angeles, and we take real pride in what we make. We want you to love what you receive — and we're here to help every step of the way.

Before You Buy

We know choosing the right bed online can feel like a guess. It doesn't have to be. Before placing your order, feel free to email us at petpatio.losangeles@gmail.com with any questions about sizing, fabric, or fit. We'll send you exact dimensions, extra photos, or whatever you need to feel confident in your choice. We'd rather spend five minutes helping you pick the right bed than deal with a return later.

Returns

If there's a manufacturing defect with your order, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Just reach out within 10 days of delivery and we'll take care of you.

For returns due to a change of mind, we ask that the item be shipped back in its original packaging, unused, and free of pet hair, drool, or other signs of use. Items returned in resalable condition are eligible for a refund minus return shipping. Items that can't be restocked may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Items purchased on sale are final sale.
