CUSTOMS PRODUCTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pet Patio Los Angeles reserves the right to deny any custom orders. All Customs products with your personalized submissions are made just for you and may not be returned.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS, SERVICES, FEATURES AND CONTENT

All products, services, features and content available on or through the Website, including but not limited to prices and availability of such products and services, are subject to change and discontinuation at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation or an offer to sell. All orders are subject to Pet Patio Los Angeles review and approval. If Pet Patio Los Angeles chooses to accept an order, such acceptance will be deemed upon shipment. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item and/or refuse service to any customer for any reason not prohibited by law. 

SITE TRANSACTION

We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us.  We reserve the right to change and/or refuse any order you enter on the site. We may choose to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order; including multiple orders entered by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. In the event we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the applicable contact information provided when the order was submitted on the site.

Any content offered or posted on this site is subject to modification or discontinuation at any time and from time to time without notice or obligation to you. Pet Patio Los Angeles reserves the right to contact you if the charge fees change for your purchase.

All product sales from the site are governed by the Return Policy and the Shipping Information that is posted on the site. You should refer to such policies and review the same. By ordering and/or accepting delivery of the products, you agree to be bound by said policies.  The policies are subject to change without notice and you review the same before you purchase any product.

WARRANTIES

The site will offer available items that are inspected by multiple Pet Patio Los Angeles employees. It is in our best knowledge that you are getting a quality inspected product. Our warranty on each product differs and there is no lifetime guarantee after 14 days of receiving the item.
